Refund Policy

We want StrainFree to feel useful, trustworthy, and fair.

Trial

StrainFree includes a 3-day trial so you can evaluate whether the app feels helpful on your Mac before committing to a purchase.

Refund window

If you purchase StrainFree and it is not a good fit, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will review your refund request. Refunds are intended for genuine dissatisfaction, compatibility issues, accidental purchases, or cases where the app does not work as expected on your setup.

How to request a refund

Email hello@strainfree.app with the email address used for purchase, your order number if available, and a short note about what happened.

Payment processor

Payments and refunds are processed through Paddle. Approved refunds may be issued through Paddle and can take several business days to appear depending on your bank, card provider, or payment method.

Abuse and exceptions

We may decline refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or outside the refund window, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Support first

If something is not working, we are happy to help troubleshoot before a refund. Many display, permission, and update issues can be resolved with a few setup checks.
