StrainFree is provided by Lumany LLC. By downloading, purchasing, or using StrainFree, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Product purpose

StrainFree is a display comfort utility for Mac. It offers software brightness, warmth, contrast softness, comfort profiles, optional blink awareness, optional break reminders, and supported display protections.

Not medical advice

StrainFree is not a medical product and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or eye condition. If you have persistent eye pain, headaches, vision changes, dryness, double vision, or other symptoms, seek care from a qualified professional.

License

You may download StrainFree and use it during the free trial period. When you purchase a StrainFree license, you receive a personal, non-transferable license key to continue using the app according to the purchase terms presented at checkout. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the app except where allowed by law.

Ownership

StrainFree, including the app, website, interface, visuals, text, software, product design, trademarks, and related materials, is owned by Lumany LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you except the limited license described in these terms.

Compatibility

StrainFree is being built for modern Apple Silicon Macs. Some features depend on your Mac model, connected displays, macOS version, permissions, and system behavior. We do not guarantee that every feature will work on every Mac or display.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, which may act as merchant of record. Prices, taxes, currencies, and receipts are handled through the checkout flow shown at purchase.

Updates

We intend to provide updates for the supported version line, including fixes and improvements. Updates may be delivered through the app's update system or through a download link.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use StrainFree in a way that violates law, interferes with others, attempts to bypass licensing, or damages the app, website, update service, or payment systems.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, StrainFree is provided without warranties beyond those required by law. Lumany LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app or website.
